To those who had their meal on April 10 at the BG Chipotle and told the cashier you were there to support Friends of CASA! THANK YOU. This event was a success and Friends received 50% of the proceeds! 
 
YOU , TOO, CAN HELP WOOD COUNTY ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN
 
If you are not able to become a CASA/GAL Volunteer at this time but want to make a difference in the lives of abused and neglected chidlren, there are other opportunities where you can help.
 
Through out the year, there are activities and events you can attend with your friends and family.
 
You can consider becoming a volunteer member of Friends of CASA
 
You can share information about the program with your friends and family, encouraging their support.
 
In additon to selecting Friends of CASA to receive community rewards through Kroger and Amazon Smile you can attend these events:
 
      1. May 11 2018 at 6:00-8 :00 pm Bowling Green Leadership is holding a fund raising event "Mi CASA Su CASA" at Campus Quarters 107 State St to benefit the CASA/GAL Program and Habitat of Humanity. There is a $5 donation for admission, will be basket raffles, food and beverages and fun activities.
 
      2. September 18th 11:00 am-10:00pm Rapid Fire Pizza S Main st Bowling Green- have a meal there and tell cashier you are there to support Friends of CASA so proceeds will benefit Friends of CASA.
 
     3. October 6th 8:00 am Karen Swartz Memorial 5K and Family Fun walk, Rossford Community Center- Dave's Running shop will assist with this event. Visit our website page for registration details.
 
     4. Be a sponsor for the 5K and Family Fun Walk- add your logo to the t-shirt to show your support of the need for volunteers to help abused and neglected children.
